Before shampooing :

Apply the mask and massage gently into dry hair and distribute evenly, especially at the ends. Wait 5 minutes, then gently loosen the knots with your fingers.

Cover with a plastic cap and leave on for about 15-20 minutes with heat and up to 1 hour without heat.

Rinse with lukewarm water

After shampooing

Apply to damp hair and distribute well.

Cover with a plastic cap and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes with heat and up to 1 hour without heat.

Rinse with cold water and style as usual
