> How do I track my order?

You can access the tracking of your order and download your invoice in "Order History" on our website SUPERBEAUTE.fr. You just have to identify yourself, go to " My account " then " My orders " and click on the number of the order you want to track.



The status of your order changes and you receive emails as it is processed:

  • -Payment accepted except for payments by cheque.
  • -Order confirmation or payment received for cheques
  • -Parcel shipped with colissimo number. When we ship your order, we record the parcel number. You then receive this automatic email giving you a link to track this package on the www.colissimo.fr website
  • - Parcel waiting at your postal agency if the person is absent at the reception

Thanks to your phone number and your email we will inform you quickly in case of a problem with the delivery of the parcel.

You have a period of 15 days from receipt of the package to return the product that does not suit you (Attention only products in new condition and complete, returned in their original packaging, will be accepted)

The refund of the products will be made within 15 days or less after receipt of the products by us.
