With Chronopost Relay you can pick up your parcel whenever you want in one of the following locations 7000 points Chronopost Relay

  • The package is made available to you the day after the shipment in the afternoon (including Saturday) in the Chronopost Relay of your choice,

  • As soon as the parcel arrives at the Relay Point, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS to inform you of the availability of the parcel and the address of the Relay Chronopost point,

  • The package is hand delivered and against signature (please bring an identity document)

  • You have 8 days to recover your package

For your order to be shipped the same day, the payment must be received by us before 1pm monday through Friday

Examples :

  • I order on Monday at 11:30, I will be delivered in relays tuesday afternoon.

  • I order on Wednesday at 3pm, I will be delivered in relay friday afternoon

  • I order Friday before 1pm, I will be delivered in relay saturday afternoon

  • I'm ordering Friday at 7:00, i'll be delivered in relays tuesday afternoon

  • I order on Saturday or Sunday, I will be delivered in relay tuesday afternoon
