Any order placed before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day.

With Chronopost Relay you can pick up your parcel whenever you want in one of the following locations 7000 points Chronopost Relay...close to your home, your place of work..

  • The package is made available to you the day after the shipment in the afternoon (including Saturday) in the Chronopost Relay of your choice,

  • As soon as the parcel arrives at the Relay Point, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS to inform you of the availability of the parcel and the address of the Relay Chronopost point,

  • The parcel is hand delivered and against signature (please bring an identity document)

  • You have 8 days to recover your package

Chronopost Relais 24H delivery is sold at the same price as Colissimo Expert homedelivery in 48/72h

For your order to be shipped the same day, the payment must be received by us before 1pm monday through Friday.

Examples :

  • I order on Monday at 11:30, I will be delivered in relay tuesday afternoon.

  • I order on Wednesday at 3pm, I will be delivered in relay friday afternoon
  • I order Friday before 1pm, I will be delivered in relay saturday afternoon
  • I'm ordering Friday at 7:00, i'll be delivered in relays tuesday afternoon
  • I order on Saturday or Sunday, I will be delivered in relay tuesday afternoon

> you must reside in metropolitan France only

(if you live in Corsica or Monaco, choose delivery by
Colissimo Expert home delivery)

> your order must not contain any aerosols (e.g. Brilliantine spray)

> your order must weigh less than 20 kgs
